BODY CIRCUIT

This is the Mark Hall Boot Camp with a mixture of cardiovascular and body strength exercises. At body circuits you can be sure of a great boot camp vibe, with excellent results guaranteed.

BOXERCISE

Boxercise is a great all over workout with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As well as stamina and strength, you will also develop yourself mentally with control and focus.

COMBAT CONDITIONING

A combination of MMA conditioning, and HIIT training for a full body workout.

GENTLE CIRCUITS

An uplifting friendly class with a wide range of gentle activities and exercises for an invigorating workout.

HIIT CIRCUITS

A high intensity body weight circuit and interval training class. An all over body toning, and great cardio workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, ages and abilities.
