BODY CIRCUIT

This is the Mark Hall Boot Camp with a mixture of cardiovascular and body strength exercises. At body circuits you can be sure of a great boot camp vibe, with excellent results guaranteed.

BOXERCISE

With a lead focus on boxing techniques and drills including kick boxing, Boxercise is a great all over workout with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As well as stamina and strength, you will also develop yourself mentally with control and focus.

COMBAT CONDITIONING

A combination of MMA conditioning, and HIIT training for a full body workout.

GENTLE CIRCUITS

An uplifting friendly class with a wide range of gentle activities and exercises for an invigorating workout.

HIIT CIRCUITS

A high intensity body weight circuit and interval training class. An all over body toning, and great cardio workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, ages and abilities.

TRX CLASSES

TRX Suspension Training delivers a fast but effective total body workout. This class will also increase your core strength and muscular endurance.

X-BIKE

X-Biking is a fresh approach to bike exercising. Our state of the art X-Bikes allow for different exercises to be performed with more control over intensity. This is a real fat burner!!
