Apex Trampoline Club
Apex Trampoline Club was established in the 1960's and has been responsible for providing outstanding sports coaching ever since. Weekly classes for adults, teenagers and children aged 3 years upwards, and cater for the complete beginner to advanced performer.

Hanko-Ryu Karate-Do Association
Hanko-Ryu Karate-Do Association's mission is to develop the fitness, health, character and sportsmanship of all students through the practice of karate. Aiming to develop the character of all students. Individual attention is a feature of each and every class, allowing all students to progess quickly and confidently towards their personal goals and full potential.

Harlow Athletic Club
Whether you are a commited athlete or just looking for a way to keep fit, The Mark Hall Sports Centre Track provides excellent facilities to develop or perfect your athletic skill.
Harlow Athletic Club welcomes any new members to come along to club training sessions on Tuesday. See what fun and excercise you can have by either running or trying field events.

Harlow Jikishin Ju Jitsu Club
Harlow Jikishin Ju Jitsu Club has been established since 1986 and has an excellent reputation for the high quality of the martial arts students who train there.
The club has a very open attitude toward training, with self defence techniques and playing a major part in the training scheme.

Harlow Running Club
Harlow Running Club is based at The Mark Hall Sports Centre and are a friendly club, affiliated to UK athletics and cater for runners (including wheelchair athletes) of all abilities who want to run on the road or cross country for competition or pleasure.

Ruggerbugs
Ruggerbugs develops and enhances a child’s basic motor skills and assists with a child’s Early Years Foundation Stage Development. Ruggerbugs delivers its informal yet professional programme through the use of a Rugby ball as well as other child friendly equipment (such as bean bags, scarves, ladders, hurdles, slaloms).
