Whilst Richard is aiming to represent GB in Rio next year, his team of young athletes are aspiring to achieve what Richard has, but this comes at a price. Resolution Run Series is coming to Harlow!

Mark Hall Sports Centre are pleased to be teaming up with Stanley4Fitness to host Harlow's first ever Resolution Run! The Resolution Run has been organised to raise money for The Stroke Association, a charity close to Stanley4Fitness co-owner Kate Stanley.

The event will take place on Sunday 29th March 2015, starting at Mark Hall Sports Centre. There is a choice of 5k, 10k or 15k. Kate has been working tirelessly to create a route suitable for all abilities. All 3 challenging routes will take in picturesque parts of Harlow, Old Harlow, Church Langley & Newhall before finishing on the athletics track at Mark Hall.

Both Kate and Sports Centre General Manager Andy Smith are pleased and excited to be hosting The Resolution Run, and hope it is the first of many to run in Harlow. The main reason of course is to raise funds for The Stroke Association.
