Is a full body workout targeting all muscles groups as well as incorporating cardio and will be delivered on a timer which will include a generous rest period to enable you to get to your next station, great to do with a friend/partner.
Tuesday 7:00pm - 8:00pm with Matt. Advanced Circuits.
Wednesday 6:00am - 6:45am with Toni. Suitable for all abilities.
Thursday 5:00pm - 5:45pm with Kate Stanley. Suitable for all abilities.
Friday 6:15pm - 7:15 pm with Matt. Suitable for all abilities.
