This a fantastic class for people looking to get active and mobilise their joints and stretch muscles with like-minded people, this class is low impact, and you will leave feeling completely energised. A full body workout targeting all muscles groups as well as incorporating cardio and will be delivered on a timer which will include a generous rest period to enable you to get to your next station, great to do with a friend/partner.
