Strong & Stretch combines focused, athletic core conditioning, the use of light weights, and mobility-driven stretching. This class builds strength from the center while improving flexibility, balance, and body awareness—perfect for creating a strong, stable foundation. Expect to feel challenged, supported, and leave feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned.
