A great balance of body weight, cardio, and weighted exercises. This class has a bit of everything! One week you’ll be working on your abs and cardio fitness and the next you’ll be burning out your arms and legs. You’ll never know what to expect other than a great workout, varying equipment, and a sweaty brow! All abilities welcome, just bring yourself, water and plenty of energy.
