Strength & Coniditioning
Included with gym membership
Strength & Conditioning will include a wide range of exercises, predominantly dumbbell based to develop a variety of skills such as mobility, stability, strength & endurance. A low impact class welcomed for all ages and abilities.
Monday 6:00am - 6:45am with Kate Stanley.
Tuesday 5:15pm - 6:00pm with Toni.
Friday 6:00am - 6:45am with Toni.
