Ciao, I’m Claudia the founder of MBM Yoga and a 500+ hours Yoga Alliance qualified teacher.
For many years I worked in the City, and practised yoga simply as a form of exercise. After leaving the corporate world, I completed a yoga Teacher Training course in Thailand, where I studied Yoga Philosophy, Meditation and Breathwork, and realised that Yoga is more than just exercise!
In my classes we learn Movements that are functional and consider the anatomy of the body, incorporating Meditation and Breathwork techniques. My classes are informative and fun.
I am committed to sharing how yoga helps physically and mentally.
